Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

Our stay exceeded expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the friendly front desk attendant made a lasting impression. The convenient gas station and Burger King nearby were added perks. For breakfast, grab the muffins early, as they go fast.

Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness of the hotel lacking. the carpets in the room left a lot to be desired with visible stains and dirt. The furniture felt worn out and dated, particularly the bed that sagged alarmingly. Additionally, despite a nonsmoking policy, a persistent smell of smoke lingered throughout the hallways, which was quite off-putting. The lack of basic items like cups in the room was surprising for a place that markets itself as a home away from home.

My stay was disappointing. the room was clean and well-equipped, but I had internet issues and the staff were unhelpful when I left feedback about it.

The stay was marred by a foul odor that was reminiscent of a dirty dog, truly unbearable for three nights. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking, evidenced by a dirty sock found in the room and food crumbs from previous guests. The heater emitted a burnt smell, which made the already cold environment even less comfortable.
